To help increase efficiency of making appointments we are pleased that most appointments can be created using our real-time automated scheduling system. It is super easy! The system will ask you to create an account (email address and password). Select the desired appointment type (illness, behavior check, physical, etc.) and all available dates/times are presented. Once you select your preferred date/time, you will receive a confirmation and our scheduling system will notify us. The date/time will be reserved for you unless you cancel or reschedule. Way cool! For more complicated appointment types or questions, a member of our reception team should be available to help you walk through the process or make the appointment for you.
When things are slow (which is good, means people are healthy!) we might close up early. Because of this, it is best to always check online to make sure we have appointments available or call our scheduling team (952-999-0333). Of course, if you need an appointment and we do not have a convenient time listed, feel free to call our scheduling team – we might be able to find a spot for you during a date/time by special appointment.
Note: Our clinic is not intended nor staffed to handle emergencies, stitches or concerns for broken bones – we recommend a local emergency room or the Two Twelve Medical Center urgent care/ER in these cases.

Also Note: We now carry all of the recommended vaccines in our clinic, available for parents that choose a regular or an alternative vaccination schedule for their children.
Cancellations: Please call us with at least a 24-hour notice if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment. We are paying our providers and our staff to be here for you, at the time you agreed to arrive. Patients who no-show (and do not call to inform us) will receive notification of our policy, and repeat occurrences will be asked to pay a “no-show fee” and may be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit on appointment times.
