Paula Fortin is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She has recently moved back to Minnesota after spending 16 years in Alaska, where she worked at a midwifery/family health office with a strong emphasis on natural and holistic medicine. Paula’s focus is to look at the root cause of an illness, rather than just treating the symptoms. Paula is passionate about helping people discover how they can heal themselves by looking at not only physical treatments but lifestyle and diet changes. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Winona State University and her Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Alaska-Anchorage.
She is very excited to be returning to where she grew up and re-exploring all that Minnesota offers with her husband.
They enjoy fat-biking, hiking, camping and spending time with family and friends.
