We are a committed and personable clinic. We strive to have the highest quality and lowest cost healthcare for our patients. To that end, we will attempt to answer the phone when it rings but please leave a voicemail if our nursing/reception staff are busy. We care about you, and your family, and will return your call as soon as we can! We will treat you with respect, and will view our part of our relationship with you as partner and team. If you prefer, please take advantage of our secure patient portal for email communications. All portal messages are managed by our nursing triage team. Portal messages will be responded to within 72 hours, not including weekends.
Email: Due to privacy and security issues, all emails should come through our secure patient portal. Prior to first use of the portal after 8/1/2019, you will need to contact our front desk at 952-999-0333. Our staff will send you an email invitation to register your portal for the first time.( https://portal.kareo.com/pp-webapp/app/new/login ). Each family member will need a user name. Family members are not linked.
Please note: We do not provide “medical visits” over the phone or via electronic communication. Quick questions are honored and answered, but discussions with our healthcare providers and/or complex questions/issues will require an appointment in our office at your earliest convenience.
